I’m Ben Lovro, a real estate investor based in Lexington, South Carolina, and I buy and work on property in and around Columbia (Richland County).
How to reach me about Columbia
- Have a property in Columbia? Owners, licensed agents and investors who own the property can send it to me here. I aim to answer within 24 business hours with a straight yes, no or “tell me more.”
- Licensed agent with an as-is or estate listing? Send the listing.
- Newer investor with an opportunity? Let’s talk about a partnership — roles in writing first.
- Anything else: call 803-303-8939, email ben@cashpropertyoffers.com, or use my contact page.
Mailing address: 100 Old Cherokee Rd, Lexington, SC 29072.
